Human Solutions’ Employment Programs help participants learn job skills, connect with employers and secure permanent employment with livable wage jobs.

Human Solutions operates three programs that help individuals in Portland and Gresham:

Living Solutions
a job training program for low-income Gresham residents facing significant barriers to career-wage employment.

Peer Supported Workforce Development
an employment program for recent immigrants to the United States from Eastern Europe

New Program for 2010: Green Career Training
an employment and training program established in partnership with Worksystems Inc., Worksource Oregon and other agencies to provide with training and job placement in the Green industry to disadvantaged job seekers.
