Peer Supported Workforce Development helps recent immigrants from Eastern Europe transition effectively to living wage employment in the United States.

Over the course of this three year program participants increase their wages by 25% or more. At the end of this fiscal year 66% of active participants were employed, of those employed 95% of them increased their wages by 25% or more. Those program participants that were not employed were either in formal training or actively searching for work.
