Human Solutions is here for Homeless Families

It is our goal to assist each homeless family in an individualized, caring and respectful manner to help them overcome the barriers they face so that they can achieve permanent housing stability, income self sufficiency and that their children achieve success in school. In order to do that, we offer an array of programs designed to support families as they work towards their goals.

We combine shelter, transitional and permanent housing, case management,tenant education classes, and employment training and resources to help families not only overcome homelessness, but also to reduce their risk of becoming homeless again in the future.
