Transitional Housing

Willow Tree is Human Solutions’ transitional housing program located in Gresham. Willow Tree provides 10 units of transitional housing to homeless families who have significant barriers to permanent housing. These barriers may include lack of job skills, recent domestic violence, addictions, mental health issues, as well as credit and housing problems. These families would not be able to secure safe, affordable housing in the open market. Willow Tree transitional housing houses each family for up to 24 months in order to stabilize their lives. The program successfully works with each family to improve their situations, with the goal of families moving on to stable, permanent housing

Permanent Supportive Housing/Bridges to Housing

Green Tree Court is permanent supportive housing, which is a successful, cost effective combination of permanent housing and support services that benefits homeless families who face multiple barriers to maintaining housing and stability. The formerly homeless families living in Greentree Court have significant barriers to attaining self-sufficiency, such as a mental illness or drug and alcohol dependency, or physical disabilities. Human Solutions provides access to Treatment Services and Case Management to fully address their needs.
